This summer Sam Sarpong will return to the BET Awards red carpet for the 3rd year in a row as the all access,
behind the scenes entertainment correspondent. Sarpong was formally a co-host of the hit MTV show “Yo
Momma,” (currently in syndication) and served as the red carpet correspondent for the Soap Network.
Sam Sarpong was selected as the face of French designer Jean Phillppe’s Fall 2011 ready to wear and couture
collections. In 2006 Sam Sarpong made fashion history when he became the first black male model to ever shoot
a campaign with one of the worlds premiere luxury brands Louis Vuitton. A recipient of the prestigious MAA
fashion award for male model of the year, and twice named “Today’s Black Woman,” magazine fifty most
beautiful people, Sam Sarpong was added to “Us Weekly’s,” Hot 100 Young Hollywood with style list. Sam has
walked the runway for designers such as Versace, Donna Karen, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Ed Hardy. Sam
has also started his own clothing brand, “Future Stars,” a line of high-end T-shirts, jeans, and hoodies.
